SMS Polling
An SMS polling is a survey of public opinion for a particular sample (products, services etc). SMS polling are usually designed to represent the opinions of a population by conducting a series of questions and then extrapolating generalities in ratio or within confidence intervals. SMS Polling are sometimes considered as SMS Campaigning for sending and receiving feedbacks from the mobile users.
Polls are tracked at repeated intervals, For eg, weekly tracking poll will use the data from the past week, discarding older data.
