We want to ensure that buying message credits from Shreeweb is simple and easy. Choose from the deposit options below to find the one that best suits you. Each option protects your privacy, ensuring that your online transaction is conducted safely.
There is a minimum requirement of 300 credits for Messenger PRO and Communicator purchases; and a minimum requirement of 400 credits per API purchase. VAT or Tax may be added to the transaction, depending on the country you are purchasing from and the payment method used.

Shreeweb accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discovery credit cards. We have very strict anti-fraud measures: credit card information is encrypted immediately, and we do not store any credit card details on our system. For recurring billing, credit card details are stored offsite in a CISP (Cardholder Information Security Program) compliant facility. Low risk transactions will have message credits credited to their account immediately. High risk transactions may be blocked or require additional verification.

Using PayPal allows you to send money online from 103 countries and regions. It is 100% protected from fraud and allows you to shop without sharing your personal financial information. We have built the PayPal Checkout into our own online purchasing process. Simply login to your account, locate the "Billing Tab" and select “PayPal" as your payment method. Once you have entered your purchase details, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal site to complete your purchase.

A wire transfer is an electronic transfer of money. In the case of a bank-to-bank transfer, no actual cash is exchanged, but the electronic balances in respective accounts are adjusted accordingly. There is usually a 3 to 5 working day waiting period for funds to clear before we can issue credits to your account.
You will be responsible for covering your own bank fees on any wire transfers. This should be taken into account and added to your total purchase amount. The bank charge will vary from bank to bank, but is generally around the 10 Euro mark. Shreeweb cover all our own bank charges, except wire transfer amounts lower than €300, where an additional €7 transaction charge will be deducted from your purchase amount. We will require proof of your deposit via fax or email.
